Compact TPE foam yoga knee pad for focused cushioning during kneeling positions where standard mats feel too thin. Stable on hard surfaces and easy to reposition mid-practice.
This yoga knee mat provides focused cushioning for kneeling positions where standard mats feel too thin. Its compact square design offers stable support under knees, hands, elbows, or hips without interfering with balance or movement. The TPE foam delivers noticeable padding while remaining firm enough to stay supportive on hard surfaces.
Easy to reposition during practice, it works well in studio classes, home workouts, and everyday kneeling tasks. Many users prefer it over folded towels or extra mats because it adds comfort without bulk and stays easy to carry between sessions.

FAQ's
Will this work for beginners?
Absolutely. The biggest mistake beginners make is waiting until they're "serious enough" to invest in proper gear. The right equipment from day one builds better habits, reduces injury risk, and accelerates progress. Our training gear is designed to scale with you, whether you're doing your first set of resistance band pulls or your hundredth weighted dip.
How durable is the equipment?
We only carry products that hold up to repeated, daily use. Before anything goes on the site, we ask one question: does it hold up? Cheap training gear fails at the worst moments — mid-set, mid-rep, mid-session. Our products use reinforced stitching, high-density materials, and stress-tested construction so your gear stays consistent as long as your training does.
Can I use this at home or only at the gym?
Fully designed for both. Our equipment is compact enough for home use and durable enough for commercial gym environments. Same gear, any setting.
What if it doesn't fit my training style?
We stand behind everything we carry. If something isn't working for you within 30 days. No forms, no runaround. Just reach out to our support team and we'll take care of it.

Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.7 / 5 from 18 reviews.
The pads look good, they are big and sturdy. The pads are not really soft, they are hard, with like 10-15% of softness.
perfect for the knees, soft and stable padding.
Good cushion
Ok
Knee pad is good quality. It is thick and seems to be durable. I am happy with this purchase.
I use it in every single Pilates class for my knee or my hip bone.
It does the job
They have a good appearance. They are quite hard but I suppose they must be like that. The color is a bit lighter than in the photo.
Much larger than i thought but that is great! Thank you
It suits me well for yoga.
Impeccable! Fast delivery and well taken care of!
Perfect for fitness and protecting knees during floor exercises. Good value for money.
Good backing materials. The material is stiffer than expected.
Harder than i expected so it hurts a little to put my hands and elbows into it, but it's great for my heels. I protects my puzzle mat from being crushed by my heels.
Soft, ideal for yoga, feels like foammi but does not distort when squashed.
Just as it appears in the image, everything arrived well and on time.
The color is cute
