What stands out is being able to wear this and stay mobile. It wraps like a brace so it's easy on and off. The velcro holds firmly and doesn't shift. One side is softer for direct skin contact, the other feels colder through clothing — both options are useful. Came with a freezer bag too which keeps things organized.

The green one is quite well-made, has a lot of pockets for documents and gadgets, the fabric is thick, there is a rubberized mesh sewn on the side of the body that prevents the bag from slipping, the strap is hidden in a separate pocket so you can carry it over your shoulder, it's worth the money.
