Adjustable Squat Wedge Set

These foam squat wedge blocks give you a firm, angled platform so you can hit consistent depth and stable foot placement on every lower-body set. High-density EPP foam stays solid under load instead of compressing, and the long, wide surface supports anything from narrow to wider stances for squats, split squats, RDL variations, and calf work. The textured top and anti-slip base are designed to stay put on typical gym and home surfaces, so your setup feels predictable whether you train in shoes or socks.

Each wedge is light enough to throw in a gym bag but large enough to feel secure, which makes them practical for both home gyms and commercial gyms. Stack the wedges to increase height and angle when you want a more upright position or a stronger emphasis on specific leg patterns, then nest them back together for compact storage when you’re done.
