Bought for my fiance post-surgery. Fits easily in the freezer and the long straps accommodate different leg sizes. He loves it.
Had this for over a year, using it every single day. No deterioration at all. By far the best ice pack I own — durable and generous coverage.
Comfortable because of the weight and the soft side against skin. The stretch straps hold it in place without falling off like a loose ice pack would. Stays cold through the full recommended session and reusable.

A critical item for a knee replacement and it took two weeks to arrive. Two weeks! But the big problem was no communication, no text or email at the progress of the order. Finally a call to your US company I was able to understand that the knee product was coming from an overseas location. It took 6 days after the order went in before it was recognized by this foreign country. Bad communication!!

Much thinner then it looked, doesn’t stay cold for as long as I expected. There was supposed to be a freezer bag included but there was not one.
