Each pod is designed for flexible use, whether training with a single unit, pairing two for bilateral work, or integrating them with other equipment. The surface provides a balance challenge while remaining comfortable for extended sessions. Lightweight and portable, they are easy to move between rooms, pack for travel, or incorporate into varied routines without committing floor space to bulky equipment.
